If you need to change your dancer's schedule or discontinue a class, please notify the office in advance.
Tuition and fees will continue to be charged until official notice is received by the office regarding any dropped classes.
Please note: Tuition is non-refundable for any dropped classes.
Consistent attendance is essential for progress and success in dance. Excessive absences may result in a student being moved to a lower class level or dropped from the class entirely.
If you are injured, we still encourage you to attend class and observe. In many cases, class material can be safely modified to accommodate injuries, and continued observation supports ongoing learning and connection with choreography.
Students are welcome to make up missed classes in any class of the same level or lower, based on availability.
To ensure a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all dancers and families, we kindly ask parents and visitors to follow these studio guidelines:
We recognize that, at times, mistakes may happen - and we truly appreciate when parents bring concerns to our attention. We kindly ask that you do so with discretion and respect.
For sensitive or private matters, please wait until classes are not in session and address your concerns directly with a Studio Director. If the issue involves other parents or children, we ask that you do not address it at the studio. Instead, please seek a resolution privately or schedule a meeting with the Director to discuss the matter appropriately.
Disruptive behavior, including angry dialogue, foul language, or physical threats, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any parent or student who displays such behavior may be asked to withdraw from classes at Loveland Dance Academy and The Conservatory Dance Studio.
These policies are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and respect of all dancers, families, and staff members.
We offer multiple convenient ways for families to manage tuition and dance-related payments:
