Tumbling Overview

Tumbling students focus on conditioning, core strengthening and safe gymnastic skills.

  • Tumbling age ranges: 6+ (please see class schedule for specific ages/levels)
  • Upper and Lower Body Strength
  • Stunts and Tumbling Passes on the Floor
  • Dexterity and Flexibility
  • Balance and Coordination


Form fitting clothing. Leotards, leggings or shorts. Hair must be pulled away from the face and neck. Barefoot.
